The Philadelphia Eagles plan to sign veteran pass rusher Ogbo Okoronkwo to a one-year deal
You can never have enough veteran pass rushers, and Tom Pelissero reports that Philadelphia is adding Ogbo Okoronkwo to the roster on a one-year deal. Okoronkwo was released by Cleveland with one-year remaining on a three-year, $19 million deal.
Okoronkwo has 17 career sacks, including 7.5 over the past two seasons in Cleveland. He’ll join a pass rush unit that includes Jalyx Hunt, Nolan Smith, Azeez Ojulari, Josh Uche, and Antwaun Powell-Ryland Jr., among others.
